The best application air pressure for smooth even coverage is between 40-60 PSI.

Bullyliner™ MUST BE TOUCH DRY BETWEEN COATS. Depending on weather conditions, Bullyliner™ will touch dry in 30 minutes and re-coatable thereafter. Full curing time is approx 72 hours from application. longer full cure time can be expected in cooler temperatures. Bullyliner cross-linking chemical curing process is accelerated by UV  light exposure. Depending on the durability required, Bullyliner can be built up as you like by applying multiple coats.
